Returns and exchanges:

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale   
I want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me prior to leaving feedback... I will need a photo of the broken item for insurance purposes. I will be happy to exchange or refund the purchase price if the items are returned to me in original state within 7 days.

Shipping with tracking number are expensive but is safer than simple mail.

Custom-made products are not refund!
